The Art of Rest is a space to slow down, soften, and reconnect - with your body, your breath, and yourself.
Through a blend of therapeutic massage, restorative yoga, Reiki, and mindful movement, each session is designed to ease tension, calm the nervous system, and support your return to balance.
This work goes beyond the session itself - it’s about how you feel when you return to your life: more present, more grounded, and more connected.

I’m Jacqueline Dupont,
A Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), Certified Reiki Practitioner, and Yoga Mentor devoted to helping others reconnect with their bodies, calm their minds, and restore their inner balance.
My approach blends therapeutic touch, energy work, and breath-led movement—held within a grounded, supportive space where you can truly exhale.

My Story
For much of my life, I learned how to be strong and independent—often quietly carrying more than I let on.
I poured that energy into motherhood and a fast-paced career, always moving, always doing.
Then life shifted, and I found myself asking: Who am I now?
Yoga became my way back - a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with myself. What began as a practice evolved into a path of deeper healing and self-awareness.
Over time, that path expanded into restorative work and therapeutic touch.
Today, I support others in finding what we so often forget - rest, calm, and a sense of connection within themselves.
From feeling unseen…to helping others feel supported and restored - this is the heart of my work.
