Through The Art of Rest, I offer a deeply intentional healing experience that blends the precision of therapeutic massage with the intuitive flow of energy work and restorative movement.
Each session — whether massage, Reiki, or yoga — is designed to help you slow down, listen inward, and realign with your natural rhythm.
I believe true healing happens when we tend to both the seen and unseen — when science meets energy, and the body, mind, and spirit begin to communicate again. My role is to hold a calm, grounded space where your system can unwind and your energy can reset.
